Should FTP problems occur.1) Verify the internet connection.
2) Check that your FTP program is set to access port 21.
3) Change time-out default from 60:00 to 120:00 (this fix works for Dreamweaver).
4) If you are behind a firewall try enabling 'passive mode' in the ftp software.
